In the presence of Ooredoo senior executives, HE Sheikh Abdulla Bin Mohammed Bin Saud Al Thani, Ooredoo Chairman, has welcomed Mr. Ali Bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, CEO of Es’hailSat, and a group of Es’hailSat team members at Ooredoo’s Headquarters, following their successful launch of the Qatari satellite Es'hail 2 last month.
Sheikh Abdulla has honoured Es’hailsat team for their achievment, and extended his congratulations and wishes for the team to continue their success in the future.

Es’Hail 2 is a Qatari satellite, launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket on November 15 2018. The satellite was launched from the Kennedy Space Center and is aimed to provide direct-to-home television services in the Middle East and North Africa region.
