Ooredoo Algeria receives the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award and the “Grand Format d’Or” Award

Ooredoo Algeria has received two major awards, the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award and the Grand Format d’Or Award, demonstrating the company’s creativity and leadership in its market.

The prestigious Dale Carnegie Leadership Award, handed to Ooredoo Algeria at the Dale Carnegie Algeria’s Alumni Ceremony that was organised by IN-tuition Group, the representative of Dale Carnegie in Algeria.

The award was given in recognition of Ooredoo Algeria’s Human Resource development policy and for celebrating three years of strategic partnership between the two parties.

Ooredoo Algeria had jointly developed a team management and personal development staff training programme with Dale Carnegie, a first-of-its-kind initiative in the MENA region, benefiting more than 600 Ooredoo Algeria employees.

The Dale Carnegie Leadership Award is an international award that was established in 1985 and is granted to companies that lay special emphasis on the development of their human resources, innovation and organisational creativity.

The company’s second major award was the Grand Format d’Or Award, which is the Gold award for poster-size advertising campaigns, and was given to Ooredoo Algeria at the 10th edition of the “Lawhat d’Or” ceremony held in Algiers in March 2017.

Ooredoo Algeria won the award for the poster design of its 4G commercial launch campaign in 2016 with the main message: "Dima Plus".

“Lawhat d’Or” rewards the best creative out-of-home advertising campaigns according to internationally recognised standards. Ooredoo’s win in this major competition demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering creative and innovative ideas.
