Doha, Qatar, 24 August 2016: Ooredoo Q.S.C. (“Ooredoo”) – Ticker: ORDS – today announced the appointment of Mr. Hendrik Kasteel as Chief Executive Officer of Ooredoo Algeria, succeeding Mr. Joseph Ged, who has resigned this position.

Hendrik Kasteel has over 25 years of experience, out of which 20 years in the telecom sector, where he served in several roles, most recently as Managing Director at Euronet Communications, a subsidiary of Dutch Telecom.
